This form expects to be an easy and simple way to prepare your application, allowing you to introduce progressively the details and information required.
You must start creating your application form by setting your USER and PASSWORD. From the beginning, you have to choose the type of scholarship for which you want to receive the support of the Programme.

Before starting to fill in the Application Form, you must be sure of having all the certificates and language skills required to attend the sought programmes(s) and the institution(s). We also strongly advise you to read the Guidelines for Applicants before starting.

If an applicant submits more than one application, the system will automatically consider the most recent one.

 

Guidelines for application

  • First of all, candidates must consult the academic offer available at the SUSTAIN-T partner institutions.
  • Then, fill out the application form
  • Upload the following documents depending on your level of mobility
    • Undergraduate
    • Master
    • PhD
    • Post-Doc
    • Staff

Only complete applications will be eligible : all mandatory fields of the application form must be filled out and all required documents (depending on your mobility type and target group) must be uploaded. If any mandatory document is missing, the application will not be eligible.

 

Who can apply?

THE 3rd CALL FOR APPLICATIONS IS OPEN FOR UNDERGRADUATES, MASTERS, DOCTORATES, POST-DOCTORATES AND STAFF. APPLICANTS MUST BE EITHER EU Nationals or NATIONALS FROM THE THIRD-COUNTRIES COVERED BY LOT 7 (Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Mexico, Panama, Uruguay, Venezuela).

Third-country students must have not resided nor have carried out their main activity (studies, work, etc.) for more than a total of 12 months over the last 5 years in any European country at the time of submitting their application.
Neither European nor third-country students can benefit from a second scholarship for the same type of mobility under another project under the EMA2-STRAND1. Furthermore, candidates cannot benefit from more than one mobility activity within the same project.

Selection

  1. Eligibility: Your application will be eligible only if:
    1. You comply with the eligibility criteria of the Erasmus Mundus Action 2 programme
    2. All mandatory fields of the application form are complete
    3. All required documents (depending on your target group and level) are uploaded
    4. The language certificate matches the language requirements of the offer(s)/ institution chosen
  2. Criteria: the following criteria will be graded for all levels:
    1. Relevance of the academic background/Academic level and merit
    2. Learning Agreement/Work Plan Proposal/Recommendation Letter
    3. CV/Working Experience
    4. Motivation letter
  3. Once the call for applications is closed,
    1. the eligible applications will be assessed, graded and ranked by the host universities.
    2. the selection committee will then issue three lists (based on the evaluations performed by the host institutions and according to the established distribution of mobility flows)
      • An accepted list
      • A waiting list
      • A rejected list
